Do you provide 24/7 emergency HVAC service?
For urgent HVAC faults, call 604-479-5919. For a suspected gas leak, leave the area first and call FortisBC at 1-800-663-9911 or 911 from outside. Office hours listed in the footer apply to regular administration and scheduling.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Maple Ridge and schedule work across the Fraser Valley, Tri-Cities and Metro Vancouver. Availability depends on the service, urgency and route.
Do you repair systems before recommending replacement?
Our approach is to diagnose the problem and explain practical repair and replacement options. The final decision remains yours.
How do I request service?
Use the short callback form or call us. We follow up by phone or email to confirm the equipment, urgency, address and appointment details.
What does the furnace service warranty cover?
If the same furnace issue returns within one year, there is no new service-call fee to assess it. Correcting a problem caused by High Demand Heating’s work is free. A newly failed part or a different issue may require approved parts and labour charges. Replacement parts have their own warranty terms.
