A useful service request starts with the equipment, exact symptoms and urgency. Share what changed, when it began, any visible error code and whether the system is still operating. That information is more useful than guessing which part has failed.

Boiler repair or replacement planning

Boiler selection should consider building heat loss, existing radiation, zone controls, domestic hot-water demand, venting, fuel, drainage and service access. The old boiler's input rating is not enough by itself.
Replacement planning should also identify obsolete controls, circulation issues or distribution problems that a new boiler alone would not correct.
