The Rheem Prestige Series™ High Efficiency single and two-stage RPQL/RPRL-JEZ Heat Pump can provide year-round heating and cooling comfort. The Rheem RPRL-JEZ matched with the RHPL air-handler, equipped with auxiliary heating elements for supplementary heat was designed especially for use with the Prestige Series™ heat pump. Together they provide systems capable of delivering a maximum HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) of 9.5 in the heating mode or a maximum standard S.E.E.R. (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) of 17.0 in the cooling mode. These units offer comfort, energy conservation and dependability for single, multi-family and light commercial applications. The Rheem Prestige Series™ single and two-stage RPQL/RPRL-JEZ heat pumps are the result of an ongoing development program for improved efficiencies and a continued tradition of delivering the highest quality and efficiency. These units also contain the most advanced alternate refrigerant which contains no chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), or hydro-chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), or other compounds that may leak from air conditioning systems and potentially harm the protective ozone layer of the Earth’s atmosphere.

The Comfort Control System™

The Comfort Control System™ provides on-board diagnostics and fault history by detecting system and electrical problems. It can also communicate system fault information to enabled thermostats. The integrated diagnostics with Active Protection™ prevents compressor operation when potentially harmful conditions are detected.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics comes installed in each Rheem Prestige Series™ model. The 7-Segment LED Display is exclusive only to Rheem products. The information-display quickly and accurately shows technicians the source of malfunctions, to reduce time required for a repair.

Operation

A compressor sound blanket is standard to provide your unit with a distinct competitive advantage for quieter unit operation. Units are equipped with a reliable single or two-stage operation for reliable precise temperature control providing ultimate comfort. Air is discharged upward away from bushes and shrubs. The discharge pattern of the top grille provides minimum air restriction, resulting in quieter fan operation.

Low Profile

The industries lowest profile design at just 33 inch [864mm] maximum height makes the unit less noticeable in your yard and is easily installed leaving room for optional equipment and optimal access for maintenance.

Cabinet and Design

Attractive, louvered wrap-around jacket protects the coil from yard hazards and weather extremes. Top grille is steel reinforced for extra strength. Cabinet is powder painted for all weather protection. The units are constructed with Pre-paint galvanized steel cabinets for added reliability and durability. All controls are accessible by removing one service panel. Removable top grille provides access to the condenser fan motor and condenser coil, for an easier time with service-ability. Combination Grille/Motor Mount secures the motor to the underside of the discharge grille. The grille protects the motor windings and bearings from rain and snow.

Durability

All models meet or exceed a 1000-hour salt spray test per ASTM B117 Standard Practice for Operating Salt Spray Testing Apparatus, to make sure they can withstand tough weather conditions.

I called this company in a panic this evening in regards to a furnace. They had a technician out within 45 minutes, didn't charge "after hours rates" and the technician was patient, explained everything so I could understand and fixed the issue at an extremely reasonable rate without trying to up sell and even fixed a gas valve that was installed upside down from a previous company. I felt I could trust Alex and I will have him or another technician in for future servicing and have made an appointment to have the gas fireplace looked at too. Finding a company that is honest, shows up when they are supposed to and fixes the issue at a reasonable rate is a company I will continue to use and refer to others. Thank you for giving me peace of mind this evening and for taking the time to explain things so I am not so intimidated by the furnace and know what to watch out for should problems come up. Thank you. Your service was 5 stars!!

Alex as a technician and Mindy in the office have been such a huge help with all of our furnace needs. As new homeowners there was a lot to learn about our house, and when things started to go wrong with our furnace we were completely out of our realm of expertise. Along came High Demand, who quickly came in and solved all our issues, provided the best service and were so kind and tentative. We had a great experience this week with High Demand heating. Our fireplace hasn't worked properly for years so I contacted Stephanie at High Demand on Facebook. A few messenger exchanges later we had an appointment for Monday at 10am. Monday at 10am, Alex, the technician was at the door which was a nice surprise. He cleaned out our fireplace, did some adjustments and our fireplace is working like a charm. : )

Very disappointed with this company. Booked a maintenance appointment for a simple household furnace. $140 for a 20-25 minute appointment that consists of vacuuming a compartment that doesn't really connect to the furnace or ducting. I am sure there is some sort of value in having your furnace maintenance but not at these absurd prices. A week later with the drop in temperature, the furnace kept turning off. The unit needed to be restarted three times in one week. The thermastat is hardwired but the batteries were replaced anyways to rule out any simple issues. The furnace is approximately 5 years old and have never had an issue with it up until the "service" was performed on it. Followed-up with customer service (Stephani) to inform them of the issue within 2 weeks of the service appointment. Apparently they have a 30 day guarantee on all of their service calls. Stephani was more concerned about the invoice # which I presume was to figure out if it was already past the 30 day guarantee. I gave Stephani a run down of all the steps I had taken well before calling High Demand Heating for a second look at the furnace. I was informed they would get back to me the next day. That never happened. I gave them another day. Emailed them with the invoice # and requesting a refund. Extremely poor customer service and follow-up. Will be leaving a review with BBB as this is an unacceptable way to do business.

My 95 Year old neighbor with onset dementia was called by this conpany and told he needed to service his furnace. It is reccomended to do once a year. Well what the company didnt know, and my very good neighbor didn't remember, was that when his son was here 3 weeks earlier, he had the entire furnace system and ducting serviced. So when the technician gets there he starts to find things that need to be looked at. Hmmm Why were these not found 3 weeks ago. Its not like the furnace changed or has even been on sonce a thourough service. I came over to check when I was phoned by another concerned neighbor. I questuoned the technician who didnt have a reasonable explanatuon how or why this was not found if it appeared to him to be such a problem. Really guys? Taking advantage of our seniors!!!! Told him to put it back together and beat it. Jack offs!!!!

I booked with Stephanie via Facebook for a gas fireplace service. The technician showed up an hour earlier than I was expecting him, luckily I was home. He did a great job on keeping my living room clean while he worked and my gas fireplace works wonderfully. Thank you!

I Live in Pitt Meadows I had a problem with my hot water tank it was leaking I called the high Demond plumbing on Maple ridge because they change my furnace too about 3 months ago I was so happy with their job. Alex change the hot water tank in my house and he come on Sunday his day off with no extra charge, reasonable prices I’m so happy with there service, the staff are super friendly great and fast service special thanks to Alex.
