Honestly they are great. Asked for the cleaning and servicing yesterday, they came by today and they did exactly what I asked for! No secret prices or anything. They are an honest company and Ill recommend them to everyone I know. Ask for Alex!!

I called this company in a panic this evening in regards to a furnace. They had a technician out within 45 minutes, didn't charge "after hours rates" and the technician was patient, explained everything so I could understand and fixed the issue at an extremely reasonable rate without trying to up sell and even fixed a gas valve that was installed upside down from a previous company. I felt I could trust Alex and I will have him or another technician in for future servicing and have made an appointment to have the gas fireplace looked at too. Finding a company that is honest, shows up when they are supposed to and fixes the issue at a reasonable rate is a company I will continue to use and refer to others. Thank you for giving me peace of mind this evening and for taking the time to explain things so I am not so intimidated by the furnace and know what to watch out for should problems come up. Thank you. Your service was 5 stars!!

Alex as a technician and Mindy in the office have been such a huge help with all of our furnace needs. As new homeowners there was a lot to learn about our house, and when things started to go wrong with our furnace we were completely out of our realm of expertise. Along came High Demand, who quickly came in and solved all our issues, provided the best service and were so kind and tentative. We have learned so much about our new furnace and how it works, and 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company to help with all your needs.

We had a great experience this week with High Demand heating. Our fireplace hasn't worked properly for years so I contacted Stephanie at High Demand on Facebook. A few messenger exchanges later we had an appointment for Monday at 10am. Monday at 10am, Alex, the technician was at the door which was a nice surprise. He cleaned out our fireplace, did some adjustments and our fireplace is working like a charm. : )

Very disappointed with this company. Booked a maintenance appointment for a simple household furnace. $140 for a 20-25 minute appointment that consists of vacuuming a compartment that doesn't really connect to the furnace or ducting. I am sure there is some sort of value in having your furnace maintenance but not at these absurd prices. A week later with the drop in temperature, the furnace kept turning off. The unit needed to be restarted three times in one week. The thermastat is hardwired but the batteries were replaced anyways to rule out any simple issues. The furnace is approximately 5 years old and have never had an issue with it up until the "service" was performed on it. Followed-up with customer service (Stephani) to inform them of the issue within 2 weeks of the service appointment. Apparently they have a 30 day guarantee on all of their service calls. Stephani was more concerned about the invoice # which I presume was to figure out if it was already past the 30 day guarantee. I gave Stephani a run down of all the steps I had taken well before calling High Demand Heating for a second look at the furnace. I was informed they would get back to me the next day. That never happened. I gave them another day. Emailed them with the invoice # and requesting a refund. Extremely poor customer service and follow-up. Will be leaving a review with BBB as this is an unacceptable way to do business.

My 95 Year old neighbor with onset dementia was called by this conpany and told he needed to service his furnace. It is reccomended to do once a year. Well what the company didnt know, and my very good neighbor didn't remember, was that when his son was here 3 weeks earlier, he had the entire furnace system and ducting serviced. So when the technician gets there he starts to find things that need to be looked at. Hmmm Why were these not found 3 weeks ago. Its not like the furnace changed or has even been on sonce a thourough service. I came over to check when I was phoned by another concerned neighbor. I questuoned the technician who didnt have a reasonable explanatuon how or why this was not found if it appeared to him to be such a problem. Really guys? Taking advantage of our seniors!!!! Told him to put it back together and beat it. Jack offs!!!!

I booked with Stephanie via Facebook for a gas fireplace service. The technician showed up an hour earlier than I was expecting him, luckily I was home. He did a great job on keeping my living room clean while he worked and my gas fireplace works wonderfully. Thank you!

I Live in Pitt Meadows I had a problem with my hot water tank it was leaking I called the high Demond plumbing on Maple ridge because they change my furnace too about 3 months ago I was so happy with their job. Alex change the hot water tank in my house and he come on Sunday his day off with no extra charge, reasonable prices I’m so happy with there service, the staff are super friendly great and fast service special thanks to Alex. We booked with Stephanie for a service on the furnace and fireplace. We were very pleased with the rep that came out. He was very professional and efficient. He explained some things to us that we were not aware of regarding the gas fireplace and this information was indeed very helpful. You learn something new everyday. The pricing was fair and even better with the Fortis rebate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all. We will be using them again.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS ALERT! We have dealt with this company for years for annual furnace maintenance, and got them to install a new furnace and boiler - all without a hitch. We now ordered installation of a high-efficiency gas fireplace from this company. The price quoted was $5,500. The price was a bit steep, so we asked for a reason for that. The reason we were given is that the installation techs have to get up on the roof, and put the lines in. So we thought: let's replace both fireplaces and get a break on the labour component. Well, not so fast. We were told there would be no discount for doing two fireplaces at the same time. After some bargaining back and forth, we got a discount of $200 and the Company paid for permit. So we decided to go ahead, as we really needed to get the fireplace downstairs done before the winter. The Company asked for 50% downpayment - that's reasonable. The amount that they did collect as a downpayment was actually much higher than 50%, but I did not thought much of it - I was distracted on a work phone call, and we've been using their services for so long, that I did not even think twice - final settlement will take care of it, not a big deal, right?! Well, not so much as we found out. Installation was done one week later. But the installation tech did not collect the payment, like they normally would. Instead, he said the office would call me. Again, I did not think twice about that. The office called - on Thanksgiving Day, which was odd. But again, did not think twice of it. At the moment of the call, I did not have the invoice handy, so I just gave them verbal permission to charge me for the balance owing. They charged me $736.50 MORE!!! I noticed the charge right away (I get bank alerts) and by that time I located the invoice. So I called the office to point out the error. The response I got was "we don't know, a girl in accounting did it, we will look into it". Three days later, the transaction is now finalized with the Visa, and no correction took place. I called them back, and the response I got from the person on the phone "I don't know, I don't work here, I am just answering the phone, accounting did it and we have no idea". This points out complete negligence in handling customer payments and blatant disregard for their customers. Very sad. We will never deal with this company again. All we got is a tone of stress, ruined holidays and hours wasted on the phone.
